  • Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.


  • How to cancel my order? 
    1. If your order has not been processed or has not been delivered beyond the expected delivery time, please contact us and we will assist you to cancel the order.

    2. If your order has been shipped, we are sorry to inform you that the shipped order does not support cancellation at the moment. It is recommended that you sign for it and then try again, or reject it. After the package is returned to us, we will arrange you a refund.

  • How to check my order?
    You can check your order by the following ways: 1.To view your previous orders, log into with your email address and password.

  • How to modify my order? 
    If you need to modify your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible before the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot modify it.

  •  Why was my order cancelled?
    Orders can be cancelled for several reasons:
    1. All ordered products are out of stock.
    2. Unable to deliver.
    3. Your account has security risks and the system will automatically cancel it.

  • How long I can receive my order? 
    The delivery time depends on the country you live in and the shipping method you chose for your order.
    Total Estimated Delivery Time: The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.
    Processing time: all products will be dispatched within 3-5 days.
    Shipping time:The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination. The package will be delivered to you in about 8-30 days.

  • Why haven't I received my order?
    1.Your order is in transit, and it is within the estimated delivery time, please wait, in most cases orders will arrive within the estimated time. If your order has not arrived and it is taking longer than the estimated delivery time, please contact us.

    2.Your order may have been returned for the following reasons:
    -The courier attempted to deliver to you but could not find you to sign for the delivery.
    -The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete.
    -The package was rejected during customs clearance.
    -The item is lost in transit. 

  • How to return an item? 

    1. Contact Customer Service with order information and a brief description of your reason, indicate if you would like a refund or would prefer an exchange. When requesting an exchange, please provide the style, size and color of the new item you wish to receive.

    2. We will review your request and get back to you asap.

    3. If your return request is approved, please be sure to indicate your name, address, order number and reason for the return on a separate piece of paper. Then put the paper inside your package along with the item(s) you are going to return and pack the item properly.

    4. Send item(s) back to us through local post office. If you are in urgent need of handling the returned parcels, please contact our customer service and provide a tracking number for the returned parcels.

    5. We will process your return within 5 business days after we receive your parcel.

  •  When will I receive the refund?
    We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
    Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
